The only information this website collects is the information you type into a form and submit yourself.

• Volunteer form: first and last name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, ZIP code, the ways you would like to help, a message to Amber, and whether you checked the box asking for campaign email updates.
• Email signup form: first and last name, email address, and optional ZIP code.
• Basic anti-spam data: the IP address the submission came from, which is used to limit repeated automated submissions.

If you email the campaign directly, we have whatever you include in that email.

To contact you about this campaign: to follow up on how you offered to help, to answer your question, to invite you to campaign events, and to send campaign updates if you asked for them.

Submissions are saved in the campaign's hosted database, which is administered through this website's hosting and backend provider. The records are not publicly readable through the website.

The campaign does not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit.

Amber Martinez and the campaign volunteers or staff she authorizes to do campaign work — for example, someone coordinating volunteers or sending a campaign email. It is used for campaign purposes only.

Email Amber4CUSD@gmail.com and ask us to remove you, or to correct what we have. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the record.

Donations are processed separately by Anedot at https://secure.anedot.com/martinez-for-school-board-2026/donate. When you click a Donate button on this site, you leave amber4cusd.com and complete your contribution on Anedot's own page.

amber4cusd.com does not receive or store credit-card information. No financial information is collected on this website. Anedot collects the contributor information that California campaign-finance rules require, and its own privacy terms apply to that process.
